The 8.9 is powered by the now-familiar dual-core 1GHz processor and 1GB of RAM that we have seen on many Android Honeycomb tablets. It comes in 16GB and 32GB capacities. Like the 10.1, the 8.9 is very thin and light, measuring only 8.6mm thin and weighing 447g. It runs Android 3.1 Honeycomb with Samsung's TouchWiz user interface.
